Passive Ground Mount Vent Filter
FiltaVentTM passive venting ground mounted, activated carbon cartridge, odour filtration system for the control and mitigation of odourous sewer gases.

About FiltaVentTM carbon filter technology
FiltaVentTM passive vent filters are cost effective and efficient ground mounted filter systems with replaceable cartridges. Each one is a self-breathable passive filter with low static pressure that can be used to solve a range of odour issues on sewage pumping stations, vent stacks and pressure relief valves. Depending on the flow capacity requirements, there is a FiltaVentTM model configuration that has been designed to suit installation on top of air valves, sewer manholes, pump stations or small sewage treatment plants and also to replace old corroded vent stacks.
Replacement FiltaVentTM cartridge filters:
All FiltaVentTM passive vent filters are supplied with replaceable cartridges that can easily be changed by operators, when the activated carbon cartridge is exhausted. At only 23 kg, the cartridge can be easily removed and safely replaced manually. The media is a performance activated carbon for the combined removal of gases such as Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S), Dimethyl Sulphide, Mercaptans and VOC’s.
The FiltaVentTM range offers multi-cartridge systems to meet larger target flows. The units are robust and the independent plenum base ensures air is evenly distributed throughout the media bed. This optimises the capacity of the activated carbon filter media, therefore maximising its performance.

About FiltaVentTM carbon filter technology
FiltaVentTM two way passive vent filters are cost effective and efficient ground mounted filter systems with replaceable activated carbon cartridges. Each one is a self-breathable passive filter with low static pressure that can be used to solve a range of odour issues. Applications for this system is where there is a need to allow a high flow of inlet air on demand from the system. The annulus filter design lowers the static pressure across the filter bed without compromising surface contact and residence time. The FiltaVentTM two way filter can act as or connect to a vent stack to create air inflow while treating odorous outflow.
